The Presentation and Facilitation skills training significantly enhanced participants’ ability to deliver engaging presentations, facilitate discussions, and apply adult learning techniques. A clear knowledge shift was observed through pre- and post-assessments, and participants reported increased confidence and practical skills to support their leadership and Six Sigma project delivery.
