East African Community (EAC) Secretariat with GIZ:  QMS rollout and implementation

Imprint conducted a comprehensive QMS gap assessment, trained staff in process identification and documentation, and facilitated the development and validation of standardized procedures. The team provided ongoing implementation support, enabling the Secretariat to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. As a result, the EAC Secretariat achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, marking a major milestone in institutional efficiency, accountability, and quality assurance across the regional body.
