Project Management in Health

So much of your work in global health is project based, whether you’re training healthcare workers implementing an intervention, adopting a health information system or evaluating for quality improvement. Good project management is crucial for the success of these endeavors.

By the end of the Project Management in Global Health course, offered by University of Washington in Partnership with Imprint as a facilitators, you’ll learn the fundamentals of project management, including conducting needs assessments, creating planning and implementation documents, managing project resources, transitioning the project to local agencies, and evaluating the project.
