Dr. Jeff Sebuyira – Mukasa is the CEO and Founding partner of Imprint (U) Ltd. In his current role, he provides overall strategic leadership and coordination of all the business and functional units at Imprint. Jeff is a capacity building expert with a strong business leadership and financial background. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to, Strategic planning, Executive coaching, corporate governance, Training, Facilitation of corporate retreats and team buildings and Project management
He has been instrumental in the development, management and execution of capacity building intervention programs and continues to explore opportunity areas in a number of sectors that include Non-profit sector, financial sector, manufacturing sector, investment sector, legal sector, telecommunications, power and utilities among others.
Before joining Imprint, Jeff worked for multinational organisations in various parts of the world including, Coca Cola Sabco North and East Africa division where he served as Division Finance Manager, Coca Cola Sabco South Africa as an Executive assistant to Group CEO, Century Bottling Company Uganda where he served as a Country Finance manager, a Tax Assistant at Price water house, Uganda, and as a Financial Accountant at British Red cross.
Jeff holds a Doctorate in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a certified Executive Coach and user of various psychometric instruments. He continues to research on both societal and organisational cultural issues and is working on publications within this field. Jeff is also a faculty member with Duke Corporate Education, and is working towards becoming an Associate with other organisations which are world leaders in leadership research and developing initiatives that are designed to address the most critical areas in leadership today. Jeff is also a board member on a selected number of organisations across different industry sectors.
Director Capacity Building
Mr Godfrey Uromcamu is a Director Operations Management at Imprint. He is responsible for providing leadership and management to the Operations management strategic business unit. He is a versatile and smart in Engineering and Operations Management with proven track record in Quality Management System, Asset Management, Business Systems Design and Implementation, Business process re-engineering, Project Management, Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety Systems Management and Technical Capability Building. He has had a very successful career with a multi-national organization in various parts of the world and is now working as a management consultant with Imprint (U) Ltd where he has executed a number of Asset Management, quality management systems, Occupational health and safety and facilities management Consultancy assignments as Lead Consultant. He was involved in successful design, rollout and optimization of many transformational business systems and processes within supply chain functions integrated with other organizational functions within Coca-Cola Sabco. These included SAP ERP, RAMIS Cataloguing Software, ACCPAC Inventory Management software, Preventive Maintenance and CMMS, Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
Prior to Imprint, Godfrey worked and excelled in many supply chain management teams. His role as Special Projects Manager (2007) with Coca-Cola Sabco’s Group Engineering and Supply Chain involved working with and understanding the challenges of operations in over 10 countries, developing and implementing interventions to improve their effectiveness. This exposed him to challenges of achieving standardization of Asset Management and Supply Chain processes and standard through multi-cultural teams. He was involved in projects to standardize group engineering projects and maintenance practices – including OHS procedures. As Country Engineering Manager, he managed and coordinated major turn-key projects that involved the expansion of the a Production Facility and installation of the first ever multi-purpose PET line in East Africa for bottling water, fruit juices and carbonated soft drinks for Century Bottling Company Ltd in Uganda. He is working to improve his knowledge and expertise in Strategic Management, Management Systems, Operations Research, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Outsourcing Decisions, and Operations Management Decision Models – that will enhance his capability in providing world class solutions that address technical, systems, financial, and people aspects in his consulting career. Godfrey also possesses strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
Godfrey holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from The University of Birmingham (UK) with distinction and was awarded the University’s Radcliffe Prize for best performing postgraduate student in the subject area. His thesis focused on the Role of Outsourcing in Business – global trends, implementation process, challenges and lessons from some leading UK based multi-nationals. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor and has used this experience in the roll out of many quality management systems for public entities like East African Community (EAC) Secretariat and Ministry of East Africa Constitutional Affairs (MEACA). With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering (at B.Sc. Level), Godfrey is an alumnus of the University of Birmingham, School of Engineering and is working towards becoming a member of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers. He is committed to continuous professional development in the field of Engineering and pursuit of a Doctorate in the field of Management Science.

Director Operations Management
Ernest is a Senior Associate at Imprint (U) Ltd. In his current role, he is responsible for providing managerial oversight to ensure growth of the consulting and grants management arm of Imprint. Ernest is a multi-talented individual that very passionate about management consulting. His areas of expertise include project design and management, Data Analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation and Strategic planning. He has been instrumental in managing and executing capacity building projects in a number of sectors that include Non-profit sector, investment sector, legal sector, telecommunications, power and utilities among others.
Prior to Imprint, Ernest started his professional career at Nisela group in Kenya where he was engaged in business development and facilitation of entrepreneurship sessions. He trained and also worked for a number of private entities that include Green Turn UK, AIESEC, Jumia Market, BRAC Uganda and Startimes DTV.
Ernest is currently finalizing a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University. He also holds numerous certificates in project management, Data analytics, Evaluation and Grant writing. Ernest is a member of a number of global and local associations. These include Aiesec International Alumni, Aiesec Uganda Alumni, Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA), Young Emerging Evaluators (YEE), Uganda Statistical Society (USS), Young Africa Leadership Initiative (YALI), League of Young Professionals (LYP), UN Volunteers and EvalYouth Taskforce 2.

Senior Associate Consulting and Grants
Darious Nkwasibwe is a senior Associate at Imprint (U) Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for growing for the Training and Development function of the firm ensuring that innovative and impactful learning and development interventions are delivered for the Imprint’s its clients. Darious is passionate about Human Resource Management, learning and development plus public speaking for transformational change. The training interventions he has managed have been praised by clients for being practical, experiential and demonstrating return on investment from training and development for organisations in the diverse sectors including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, local and international NGOs as well as government parastatals. He is a financial literacy trainer and has delivered financial literacy sessions to over 40 groups including schools, investment clubs, Rotaract and Rotary Clubs in the past two years. His sessions are causing behavioural change amongst the different audiences on how they save, invest and spend their personal finances.
Darious has also worked with both private and public organizations as well as local and international NGOs helping them to develop fit-for-purpose business and strategic plans, undertake organisational development interventions and developing effective strategies for aligning organisational structures/practices to their strategic goals and mandate.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Makerere University Business School and holds a Bachelors degree of Human Resource Management of Makerere University. He also holds a certificate of Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, a course he has thereafter coordinated here in Uganda. He is a passionate learner with several other short course certificates from both in person and online courses, conferences and seminars. Senior Associate Operations Management
Jacqueline is a management consultant who has worked with Imprint on a number of training assignments. She is an expert in marketing, communications and public relations and strategy. She has had a successful career spanning over 20 years, 15 of which were as part of the senior management teams at Vodafone Uganda, Stanbic Bank and Airtel Uganda as well as in fast moving consumer goods (Unilever Uganda) and beverages (Uganda Breweries). She has a proven record of establishing and growing marketing and communications teams and departments; motivating and leading teams to achieve stretch targets, collaborating with all levels of operational and executive management to execute strategic vision through meaningful business plans. She has also provided governance oversight to boards including Uganda Health Marketing Group, Data Care (U) Limited and Sinfa Uganda and Uganda Marketers Society. Due to her interest in health marketing and communication, she founded an Organization called Sugar Cubes which educates communities for lasting behavioral change with regards to diabetes in children.
Jacqueline hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology majoring in International Business and Marketing. She is also a Chartered Marketer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. She is also a member of the Uganda Marketers Society and the Uganda Advertising Association.
Monica Tibwitta is an experienced Executive who has worked with several multinational organisations including Airtel Zambia, Zain Bahrain – Middle East, Zain Nigeria, Celtel International Netherlands, Coca-Cola SABCO – Uganda, and The Coca-cola Company – Kenya. She has worked in various fields such Supply Chain, Procurement Management: Category – Marketing, Devices & General Services, Quality Systems and Production.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration – Distinction in Dissertation: Improving Mobile Telecom Procurement Systems from Warwick Business School (UK), Purchasing and Supply Management from the University of South Africa and Masters in Chemical Engineering – MEng from the University of Leeds. (UK). Monica draws from her wide experience to support individuals seeking to grow in the different fields.
