Imprint’s will work with your Human Resource Business Partners to understand your organisation’s people and culture needs, create bespoke or tailor the right training, coaching or team-building interventions for your leaders and managers that will sustainably meet those needs. Imprint’s highly experienced Facilitators and internationally certified Executive Coaches use the proven Experiential Learning Methodology (70-20-10 principle), where 10% of the learning takes place in class or webinar, 20% learning from others takes place close to the workplace as peer-learning, coaching and/or mentoring, and 70% of the learning takes place on the job, where the leaders and managers practice what they are learning through sponsored work-based assignments or action learning projects. This transformational approach to learning brings value to your business or organisation straight away by influencing how your leaders and managers think, communicate, interact with others and make a difference to the bottom line as well as to other key organisation performance indicators. We believe in walking a journey with you, not just an event, and as such, we will follow up months later with a Level 3 evaluation of behaviour change.
Imprint offers classroom training, online training using traditional and mobile based learning management systems, blended learning as well as facilitated team-building retreats. Our executive coaches are certified users of a variety of psychometric assessments including MBTI, Hogan Inventory Series and 3600 assessments such as Benchmark and Leadership Versatility Index, and provide both individual and Systemic Team Coaching Interventions.
